Annika Ratcliffe



Annika is an experienced change coach specialising in organisation development and leadership across major organisations. Her career has spanned nursing, consultancy, accountancy and management – experience which has given her a real understanding of the leadership challenges brought about by the messy place where business and people are brought together.

Annika’s change experience has been gained through technology-led change, cultural change and major organisation change programmes including joint ventures and outsourcing in Europe, North America and Asia; she has worked in the government, banking, insurance and public utility sectors and has had senior management responsibility for the delivery and consulting capability at a listed company.
