  • Executive and senior management coaching and mentoring at BAE Submarine solutions. A 14 week onsite mentoring and coaching programme with 4 key personnel to improve performance of themselves and their teams – extended to 12 months due to the successful business improvement.
  • Senior Manager Development Programme for Gulf Air in Bahrain – involving 250 managers participating in a 3 month Government accredited development programme.
  • Onsite coaching and development of Barclays branch leadership teams for new flagship branches to achieve increases in levels of commercial performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Design and delivery of a Customer Relationship Programme for Barclays Group Finance resulting in the business retention of key internal areas and a 15% increase in customer relationship satisfaction scores.
  • Consultancy, and relationship sales and sales management training for a large Oil and Gas sector supplier – which resulted in 98% increase in qualified leads at the Oils & Gas exhibition and 100% growth in business in the Scotland region.
