  • Cross-country skiing across freshly laid snow on a beautiful Christmas Day morning in Austria

What Ignites My Fire

  • Playing the role of thinking partner with my clients to make sense of complex issues, see new possibilities and then build do-able solutions
  • Giving incredibly busy people the space to download and gain new perspectives in a world of back to back meetings and digital distractions
  • Seeing young children build their confidence and physical co-ordination working as a volunteer for my local riding for the disabled charity
